Today, Rag’n’Bone Man Released His Debut Album and a New Single “As You Are”

Today is the day! Rag’n’Bone Man, or Rory Graham, finally released his studio album, Human. Have you guys check it? The Album consists of 19 songs, including singles that he already released these past months, like Human, Skin,  Life in Her YetLay My Body Down, and Wolves. Being under my radar since he released his EP, Wolves, back in 2014, his debut album is something I look into. So, pardon me for not reviewing this album in a rush.

Along with the release of the album, he also release one of the single, called As You Are, today. The song begins with piano tunes then immediately greet by cheerful mood, Rory’s deep blues voice delivers this sweet love song just enough. Well, enough to makes me replaying it again and again. Here take a listen to As You Are and I promise you we’ll talk about the album soon 🙂

To Be With You From Mr. Big

It’s time for Throwback Thursday! Well, I’m quite sure all of you still remember about this band and one of their legendary song which was released around 1991. It’s called To Be With You. Do you still remember who sing this song folks? Yupp, they are Mr. Big, one of really well-known American rock band. I remember my brother introduced me to their music when I was at elementary school. Since then my brother and I usually sing this song together every time we hear it through cassette or radio.

To Be With You was taken from Mr. Big’s second album Lean Into It which was released on 1991. This song was kind of soft rock with a great touch from the sound of acoustic guitar and clapping hands. It was a simple song but somehow I think this song will always remember. Okay, let me remind you a little bit and don’t forget to share your favorite 90’s and 2000’s song by give a comment in our blog. Thank you and enjoy the music folks! 🙂

I’m Missing You From Meja

Can’t believe it’s already Thursday and it means it’s time for Throwback Thursday! This time I’m gonna take you to the year of 1996 and I think I’m quiet sure all of you still remember this singer. Remember the song called All ‘Bout The Money folks? Yes! We talked about Meja Anna Pernilla Kullersten or we known as Meja. Do you still remember the lyrics? 🙂

Well, I decide to choose one of Meja’s song called I’m Missing You as our Throwback Thursday for this week. I’m Missing You was taken from Meja’s debut album called Meja which was released on 1996. This song is both my most favorite and my less favorite song ever. Somehow, this song is the saddest song I’ve ever heard until now. Both voice and lyrics totally made some kind of blue feeling every time I hear it. Is it just me or do you also feel it too?

Okay, let me remind you a bit about this song. Just press the play button below and let see if you still remember this song folks. You also can share your favorite 90’s and early 2000’s favorite song in our blog. Thank you! 🙂

Say It Isn’t So by Bon Jovi

I could spend hours in vain just to pick one of my favourite songs from Bon Jovi. But, this is not only about which one is my favourite. It’s about our #ThrowBackThursday so I could narrow the defining factor in picking just one of Bon Jovi’s song. And it’s Say It Isn’t So. The song appears in Bon Jovi’s seventh studio album, Crush, which out in 2000. This is what I like about Bon Jovi in general, and this song in particular, they can create a broken heart song without sounding whiny. Because, sometimes, you just want to laugh at the pain, not always drown in it. Alright, let’s press the play button and sing this song wholeheartedly!
